The Ford Mustang is an American Car Manufactured by Ford. The Ford Mustang Mach 1 is a performance-oriented option package of the Ford Mustang muscle car, originally introduced in August 1968 for the 1969 model year. It was available until 1978, returned briefly in 2003, 2004, and most recently 2021. Ford kept the Mach 1 alive into 1970 and little changed other than the visuals. The 1970 body included dual-beam headlights with the previous inner headlights becoming sport lamps and recessed taillights on a black honeycomb rear panel, side scoops behind both doors removed, revised bucket seats, deep dish sports wheel covers, as well as new side and rear badging and striping were the main visual differences. This Mustang offers the best of both worlds - classic style with modern appeal. This first-generation Mustang Mach 1 comes with a plethora of upgrades and features that are perfect for any true appreciator of American made muscle!!!
This 1970 Mach1 is all restored. Has the original numbers matching 351 Windsor motor and automatic transmission both have been rebuilt. New radiator and Edelbrock carburetor, power steering, dual exhaust and all new brakes. New shocks, ball joints, and lower control arms. New fuel tank and lines. All new carpet, headliner, door panels, seat covers, and dash pad. Any rusty panels were cut out and replaced with new panels. before being repainted back to the original color Medium blue with white stripes.
